As fans of the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast, we were enthusiastic about and experienced the conversion of the Ohlerich storage facility. It was therefore out of the question for us to participate here and observe how a historic building experiences a new use.

The city of Wismar charges an overnight tax. This is 5% and will be charged directly with you on site.
We want you to feel completely at ease ..., here are a few rules and recommendations:
We do not charge a deposit, any damage must be reported to the host immediately. Appreciate the furnishings and treat them carefully. If the renter causes damage to the inventory and furnishings, these will be invoiced on departure.
The apartment is used for recreation, not for celebration. Therefore please no parties, also for consideration of other guests.
Pets are not welcome. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Arrival and departure times:
The booked holiday apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 15.00 hrs at the latest, or earlier by arrangement. If you arrive after 18:00, please inform us so that a key can be deposited in the safe. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest, or later by arrangement.
The apartment should be left in a tidy and clean condition. Dirty dishes are not part of the final cleaning and must be washed by yourself. We are not liable in any way for any loss of property of guests who leave the apartment.
